Planetary Positions · Noon UTC
The Sun has just perfected a trine to the stationary North Node, and that is the cleanest thing in today's sky. Perfected and already separating, but the Node is stationary, which thickens the aspect past what the orb alone would suggest. Something gestured toward over the past few days, a direction, an alignment, a quiet yes, is now the ground you're standing on rather than the thing you're reaching for. The Sun is in fall in Libra, which usually I'd dwell on, but it's in mutual reception with Saturn by exaltation, and the two prop each other up well enough. Weakened, yes. Isolated, no.
Venus retrograde is the harder story. Combust in Scorpio, in her detriment, and just separating from a square to Pluto. There is no comfortable way to describe this. Whatever was pried open earlier this week, in a relationship, in a financial arrangement, in your own sense of worth, is still raw, and the Sun's proximity means you cannot easily see it. I'd be careful with revisiting a conversation today that felt resolved yesterday.
Mercury in Scorpio is applying to square Jupiter in Leo, and this one is building rather than fading. Overstatement is the risk. A piece of information you think is damning may be merely interesting. Say less than you want to.
The Moon spends the morning in Aquarius crossing the stationary North Node, which echoes the Sun's trine in a smaller key, then slips into Pisces around midday. She's in the Emptiness mansion, traditionally the terrain of memorial and withdrawal, which sits oddly against a First Quarter's push-forward quality. Hold both. The quarter wants action; the mansion wants a pause for something that has ended.
Neptune square Lilith continues in the background and I'll leave the outer-planet trine and sextile to themselves. They are not doing anything today they weren't doing last week.
