The headline today is Mars trine Saturn, already separating but still inside orb, and sweetened by Saturn being received into Mars's domicile. Even in its fall, Saturn gets some scaffolding here: Mars extends hospitality, and the trine carries the kind of structural follow-through that lets yesterday's push consolidate into something you can actually use. If you set a hard task in motion over the weekend, this is where it holds its shape.
Against that, Venus retrograde is closing a square to Pluto, and this one I'd watch. Venus is already in detriment in Scorpio and under the Sun's beams, so she has very little of her own to work with, and Pluto meets her from Aquarius with the usual demand that something be seen through to the floor. Expect the return of an older appetite, a reopened negotiation, a conversation about who owes whom. The sextile from Venus to Lilith, applying and tight, suggests the terms will be set by the party with less to lose.
The Sun is in fall in Libra but genuinely helped: sextile to Jupiter with reception, and sitting on Spica to within a third of a degree. I'd normally talk about Arcturus too, but Spica is doing the heavier lifting here, a straightforward benefic contact on a Sun that otherwise can't quite find its feet. Something offered today will land better than its circumstances deserve. The mutual reception with Saturn by exaltation is quietly reinforcing this; the Sun and Saturn are propping each other up through borrowed dignity rather than their own.
Moon in Capricorn, in detriment, in the Dipper mansion: measurement, officialdom, calibration. She squares Saturn in the morning hours and then settles. Outer-planet background is doing its slow Uranus-Pluto thing; I'll leave it there.
