The headline today is the Sun opposed Saturn across the Libra-Aries axis, both planets in fall, both propped up by a mutual reception by exaltation. That reception is doing real work. Without it we'd have two debilitated planets staring each other down with nothing to say; with it, each one borrows the other's authority long enough to make the opposition productive rather than merely stuck. The tension is real, but the terms of the argument are legible. Something about commitment, fairness, the weight of an agreement, a decision that has been deferred and is now being named.

Underneath that, Mars in Leo is just past its opposition to Pluto and applying to a sextile with Uranus, with a separating trine to Neptune still in range. This is the more volatile piece. The Pluto opposition has already discharged most of its heat, so what you're likely feeling is the aftermath: the thing you said or did two days ago that you can't quite retract. The Uranus sextile gives it somewhere clever to go.

Venus is stationary retrograde in Scorpio, in detriment, which I'd call the quiet center of gravity for the week even though nothing dramatic happens with her today. A stationary Venus in her detriment is not subtle about what she wants reconsidered. Expect the Libra Sun's search for balance to keep tripping over her.

Moon in Leo in the Willow mansion, which is a strange pairing, Leo's brightness against a mansion traditionally read for mourning and slow sadness. The Moon squares both Venus and Mercury in Scorpio in the morning hours, a brief sharp exchange, then opens out through a sextile to Uranus later. I'd not overread the Willow here; the Moon is only passing through, and the Leo stellium with Mars and Jupiter gives her plenty of warmth to work with.

Outer planets humming along in the background. Nothing to report there.
