The headline is Mars applying to oppose Pluto out of Leo, and it's tight enough to matter. Eight-day window, but today is where the pressure starts to bite. Mars is in his own triplicity by day and moving through Jupiter's sign, so he has some backing; Pluto in Aquarius answers coldly. Expect the confrontation to be structural rather than hot, someone with institutional weight against someone with will. The saving grace, and I mean that specifically, is Mars simultaneously trining Neptune. That softens the edge, dissolves some of what would otherwise be a straight collision. Not enough to disarm it. Enough to make the fight less clean than it looks.

Meanwhile the Sun in Libra is in fall but received by Saturn in Aries by exaltation, and Saturn returns the favor. This mutual reception is doing a lot of quiet work this season. Two weakened planets propping each other up by agreement is not the same as strength, but it functions. The Sun's separating trine to Uranus adds a bit of daylight to whatever was decided yesterday.

Mercury has just entered Scorpio and is separating from a trine to the North Node. Conversations from the last day or two, the ones that felt weightier than their content, those were the point.

Exaltation gives her the standing to act; Algol and the mansion give her the subject matter, which is severance. Something gets cut today that will not grow back. Whether that lands as grief or relief depends on the chart it hits. She moves into Gemini late afternoon UTC and the pressure lifts, but the cut is already made by then.
