Mars square Saturn is the day's headline, and it is the kind of aspect I would ordinarily brace readers for — Mars in fall in Cancer, Saturn in fall in Aries, two weakened malefics grinding against each other within a degree. Except that Saturn is received by Mars through domicile, and this changes the character of the thing. Neither planet is doing well on its own terms, but Mars is willing to house what Saturn is trying to do. So the friction is real — deadlines pressing against tiredness, effort meeting resistance — but there is an internal willingness underneath it. It scrapes rather than breaks.
The Sun-Uranus square is separating and I would not dwell on it except to say that whatever jolt or interruption arrived in the last couple of days is now losing force. Read it as background static clearing, not a fresh event.
Venus in Libra and Mercury in Virgo are both at home, which I keep wanting to make more of than the chart actually permits — Mercury is combust, badly so, and a domiciled planet under the beams is still under the beams. Speech and small negotiations run hot and fast today and may not survive the week's own scrutiny. Venus is the cleaner testimony: judgments about proportion, fairness, the aesthetics of an arrangement, these are trustworthy.
The Moon is in Aries all day, in mutual reception with Mars — which loops back into the Mars-Saturn square and gives the Moon some grip on the day's difficulty. The Legs mansion favors setting out, correspondence, drafts sent.
I would mention the South Node on Regulus but the honest reading is that it belongs to the nodal axis's slow exit from the Leo-Aquarius polarity, not to today specifically: a royal chapter being handed back. The Jupiter-Saturn trine in the background is exact and separating, and I find I have less to say about it than its exactness suggests.
