Mars conjunction Uranus in Gemini · Mars trine Pluto ℞ in Aquarius

Mars is the loud instrument today. He's fast, freshly separated from Uranus by a whisker, applying to a trine with Pluto, and throwing a sextile to Neptune while the Jupiter sextile still hums behind him. That's a lot of favorable geometry pointed at one quick-moving planet. The Uranus conjunction has already discharged — whatever startled or accelerated in the last day or two, that was the moment. What follows is more usable: force with somewhere to go. The Pluto trine gives it depth, the Neptune sextile gives it a certain deniability, and the residual Jupiter contact keeps the whole thing generous rather than mean.

Against this, the Sun squares Saturn, and I'd usually make more of it — Saturn in fall in Aries is not a planet I want to hear from — except that the Sun receives Saturn by exaltation, which genuinely softens the exchange. It's a real friction, not a wound. Something authoritative pushes back, and the pushback has a point.

Mercury retrograde under the beams and sitting on Procyon is the quieter complication. Procyon rewards the quick move and then charges interest on it later; retrograde and combust Mercury is already not the placement for signing anything you haven't read twice. I'd let Mars do the acting today and let Mercury do the reconsidering.

The Moon ingressed into Pisces this morning and meets the stationary North Node almost immediately — a soft, slightly fated texture under the day's Martial noise. She's in the Rooftop mansion, which traditionally warns against elevated ground and overreach. Coming right after the Mars-Uranus, that warning reads literally enough that I'll pass it along without dressing it up.

The Regulus-South Node contact I'll leave for another day; it belongs to a longer story than this one.
